Any manufacturing defect or failure to the bamboo, basket, grip, or strap is covered by a 2 Year Warranty. Free domestic (USA) shipping on warranties within 2 Years of delivery. After 2 years, bamboo replacement is available for $29/pole + S&H to and from our facility in UT.

If within 30 days of delivery, you decide you don't want to give your Pandas a permanent home,

we'll provide a free return shipping label and full refund. Intl. returns are subject to S&H.

30 Day Free Exchange

If within 30 days of delivery, there is an issue with sizing, we cover the cost of shipping (within the USA) for one exchange. After the first exchange, customer is responsible for any further exchange shipping costs. Intl. exchanges are subject to S&H.
